Innovative Composite Structure for Unmatched Performance

ELVP integrates multiple core technologies, achieving breakthroughs in both creativity and technical innovation. These four layers achieve triple optimization in strength, foot comfort, and noise reduction performance.

1. 8mm Hollow-Core SPC Base  

  - 30% density reduction through optimized "bridge-tunnel" structural engineering

       -Enhanced thermal stability[average dimensional change rate <0.06%(short edge)/0.13%(long edge)].

       - The hollow structure provides superior sound absorption and noise reduction capabilities.

2. 2mm LVT Top Layer

  - Provides enhanced foot comfort and surface elasticity.

  - Shore D 55 hardness rating balances flexibility and load distribution.

  - 15% improved footfall energy absorption vs. standard WPC cores.  

3. 0.5mm Reinforced Wear Layer  

  - ELVP flooring has achieved AC4 grade under the European EN 13329 standard through professional SGS testing, surpassing conventional household flooring (AC3) and approaching commercial-grade durability (AC5).

  - With an Fv value of 2.9mm³/100 revolutions and a wear-resistant layer coating weight of 62g/m², such a low abrasion loss signifies exceptional scratch resistance, stain resistance, and a theoretical service life of 15-20 years.

4. 1.5mm IXPE Acoustic Underlayment  

  - 19dB impact noise reduction (EN ISO 10140-3 certified).  

  - Closed-cell structure blocks 99.97% moisture vapor.
