1. Extremely Sound-insulated  

  - ELVP's noise reduction system operates through dual mechanisms: sound absorption (energy conversion) and sound insulation (mass reflection). When acoustic waves penetrate the open-cell structure of the IXPE layer, sound energy is converted into thermal energy via viscous dissipation. Simultaneously, the high-density SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) substrate with optimized interlayer damping reflects and dissipates low-frequency vibration waves, achieving broadband noise reduction across the full frequency spectrum.  

2. Water Resistance  

  - 0% swelling after 48h water immersion (EN 13329)  

  - The flooring system incorporates triple waterproof protection: UV-cured surface coating for external defense, inherently moisture-proof SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) core structure, and PE film-encapsulated click-lock joints with hermetic sealing.

3. Chemical Resistance  

  - Withstands 100+ wipes with pH 2-12 cleaners (ISO 10582)  

  - The lightfastness has been certified by SGS to achieve a B.W.S. (Blue Wool Scale) rating exceeding Grade 6.  

4. Valinge 5G Click System

  -The locking system demonstrates tensile resistance of 12.625 kN/m on longitudinal edges and 5.9 kN/m on transverse edges.

  -The interlocking system enables glue-free installation while maintaining exceptional joint stability under thermal cycling conditions typical of radiant floor heating systems.
